‘Health worker practices and community treatment and prevention behaviours for malaria’
Objectives
1. To describe health workers’ practises regarding malaria prevention and treatment and compare them with the national guidelines.
2. To describe community understanding and practices of malaria prevention and treatment.
3. To identify community and/or health worker practices which contribute to vulnerability to malaria infection. 4. To recommend strategies for enhancing the effectiveness of malaria control interventions.
